Nova Texant acquires Belgian gift brand Soap&Gifts

Nova Texant Retail Brands & Private Label Productions – the company behind the successful European brand VIB® Baby Gifts – has acquired the fast-growing Belgian brand Soap&Gifts.

Nova Texant – known for the successful European brand VIB® Baby Gifts – is proud to announce the acquisition of the fast-growing Belgian brand Soap&Gifts. With this strategic acquisition, Nova Texant strengthens its position as market leader in Retail Brands and distinctive gift concepts.

After ten years of passionate entrepreneurship, founders Wout and Joyce are handing over the reins to Nova Texant in order to further accelerate the national and international growth of Soap&Gifts. Under the wing of Nova Texant, Wout Willems will remain closely involved in the further development of the brand, together with the experienced and enthusiastic team in Waddinxveen and the company's own sales force.

The coming period will be all about integration. Soap&Gifts' inventory, office, and operational activities will move to Nova Texant's headquarters in Waddinxveen (NL), which also houses a spacious showroom and warehouse. Customers can continue to count on the familiar faces and service, complemented by the expertise and strength of the Nova Texant team.

Our field service team, which is already on the shop floor with our customers frequently, is currently being trained to know the entire Soap&Gifts range inside out. This means that we will soon be able to advise you not only on VIB® Baby Gifts, but also take care of everything involved in the presentation and sale of Soap&Gifts' gift concepts – from soap and tea to candles, bath bombs, and chocolate.
